The escrow system is designed to protect both the Buyer and the Seller. This system allows the Buyer to have control on when the Seller gets paid and the Seller, in turn, is assured of the payment. The way the system works is as follows:
Buyer pays for the product and the money is held in Escrow
The Seller receives information of the purchase and payment and arranges to make a delivery
When the product is shipped, the Seller sends the shipping details to the Buyer
The Buyer, if satisfied with the shipping details, releases the funds in Escrow to the Seller
If the Seller doesn't ship the goods within the delivery days mentioned for that product, then the Buyer has the choice to either extend the delivery period or cancel the purchase.
On cancellation, the funds are returned to the Buyer.
For this service a small fee of USD 1.00 is charged to the Buyer.
